This year got off to an incredible start and there is certainly no slow down since the ‘Spring Market’ arrived.
Townhomes and condos continue to dominate the market with a huge rise in sales, as single family homes rise at a steadier pace.
Townhomes – March 2018 saw a benchmark price of $541,800 which was an increase of 24.9% compared to March 2017.
Condos – March 2018 saw a benchmark price of $440,000 which was increase of 48% compared to March 2017.
Single Family Detached – March 2018 saw a benchmark price of $1,001,400 which was an increase of 15.2% compared to March 2017.
Many of our condo sales in the last 3 months went to multiple offers and almost all broke building sale price records. Our condo listing at Station 54, in Langley City sold for a MASSIVE $90,000 more than any previous sale in the building!!
