You might be wondering just who am I? I have lived in the Fraser Valley my entire life, graduating from Lord Tweedsmuir Secondary School. I still to this day remain a committed supporter of the school, providing a scholarship every year for an ambitious student displaying an interest in entrepreneurship and business!

After High school I pursued a career in the trades industry where I went to Kwantlen Polytechnic University to become an electrician. After a few years in the industry I realized although it is a great life skill to have, the trades industry wasn’t for me.

I decided to pursue a career that highlighted my outgoing personality and people skills and Real Estate seemed absolutely the best choice. I studied at UBC Sauder School of business and I never looked back!

I quickly excelled in Real Estate due to my committed and reliable work ethic, attention to detail and the famous golden rule: ‘treat others the way you want to be treated’. This has helped me deliver a second-to-none service to every one of my clients, everyday. I believe communication is key and I am always available to answer any questions or concerns.

Although I work in the industry every single day I understand that buying and selling Real Estate is the biggest investment most people will make in their life and I take this very seriously. I constantly improve my systems and my marketing strategies to ensure the most seamless, profitable and enjoyable experience for my clients.

Taking on that attitude towards my business and treating my clients with the golden rule has helped me achieve the elite group of Top 1% of all the agents in the Fraser Valley and continuously one of Langleys top Realtors!

If I’m not in the office I spend my time on the golf course, in the hockey rink or at the gym, but don’t worry I always make myself available!

CJ was born and raised in Langley and after graduating form Walnut Grove Secondary, he decided to pursue his career in Real Estate! After spending his life in the area of Walnut Grove, he is well versed and knowledgeable about the community and the people who reside here. CJ is a people person by nature and committed to his clients and building the lifelong relationships rather than transactions.

He is passionate about helping people to upsize or downsize or becoming first time home buyers and is the teams Pre-Sale Specialist.

When CJ is not working with the team, you could find him in the kitchen trying new recipes, in the gym lifting weights or playing hockey, Lacrosse and golf. He is also the social media expert for the Garry Voigt Team! CJ looks forward to showing his great work ethic and earning your business!
