Maple Ridge sits on the north side of the Fraser River between Pitt Meadows and Mission, with the Golden Ears mountains as its backdrop. It combines a growing town centre with rural acreage, horse properties and easy access to the outdoors.
The town centre, known as Haney, has condos and townhomes close to shops and services. Albion, Cottonwood and Silver Valley have newer family subdivisions, Hammond has older character homes near the river, and Whonnock and Thornhill offer acreage and rural living.
The Golden Ears Bridge connects Maple Ridge to Langley and Highway 1 in minutes, Lougheed Highway runs west to Coquitlam, and the West Coast Express carries commuters to downtown Vancouver. Golden Ears Provincial Park, Alouette Lake and Kanaka Creek Regional Park are all close to home.
Garry Voigt is based just across the Golden Ears Bridge in Langley and works with buyers and sellers in Maple Ridge. Browse the current listings below, or ask for a free home evaluation if you are thinking of selling.
