Surrey is British Columbia's second-largest city and one of its fastest growing. It stretches from the Fraser River in the north to the US border and Boundary Bay in the south, and is made up of six town centres: City Centre, Guildford, Fleetwood, Newton, Cloverdale and South Surrey.
That range means there is a home for almost every budget. City Centre and Guildford have condo towers close to SkyTrain. Fleetwood, Newton and Cloverdale are established family neighbourhoods with detached homes and townhomes, and South Surrey offers larger properties near the beaches at Crescent Beach and White Rock.
SkyTrain's Expo Line runs from King George Station to downtown Vancouver, and the Surrey to Langley extension along Fraser Highway is expected in late 2029. Highway 1, Highway 99 and Highway 10 cover the rest. Simon Fraser University and Kwantlen Polytechnic University both have campuses here.
Garry Voigt is based next door in Langley and works with buyers and sellers across Surrey. Browse the current listings below, or ask for a free home evaluation if you are thinking of selling.
