Campbell Valley is rural south Langley, stretching from the edge of Brookswood down toward the US border and wrapped around Campbell Valley Regional Park. Life here is quiet and outdoors: riding, walking the park trails, and waving to neighbours on country roads.

A few small estate wineries sit along the back roads nearby. For groceries, schools and everyday errands, most residents head a short drive north to Brookswood or Langley City.

Acreages, hobby farms and horse properties

Most properties here are acreages, with custom homes, hobby farms and equestrian set-ups with barns, paddocks and riding rings. You will also find older country homes on large parcels and the occasional bare building lot.

Much of the land is in the Agricultural Land Reserve and many homes use private wells and septic, so zoning, water and what you are allowed to build all deserve a close look. Ask us for the latest Fraser Valley Real Estate Board figures for the type of property you have in mind.
