Willoughby is the fastest-growing part of the Township of Langley. It sits south of Highway 1 and north of Langley City, roughly between 196 Street and 216 Street, and most homes here were built after 2005.
Willoughby suits buyers who want a newer home with little maintenance. Streets are walkable, with small parks and playgrounds in almost every pocket. The area is made up of smaller neighbourhoods, including Yorkson, Routley, Jericho, Carvolth, Smith and Latimer.
Willoughby has the widest choice of townhouses in Langley, most with three bedrooms and a double garage. Detached homes are mostly two storeys with a basement, often with a legal suite or coach home. Newer condo buildings cluster near 200 Street and around Willoughby Town Centre.
Highway 1 is reached at 200 Street or 216 Street, and Carvolth Exchange has express buses to SkyTrain. The Surrey to Langley SkyTrain extension will add stations at Willowbrook (196 Street) and Langley City Centre (203 Street), expected in late 2029.
